Worst McDonald's I know. At least a quarter of the order is forgotten EVERY time. In the event of a complaint, the customer almost has to apologize and present the receipt. At these prices I can expect to get what I pay for, especially if I have to pay before receiving the goods! In addition, there are 6 (!) Employees behind the bar while customers wait without being served. Underground. Really.

Extremely bad lately. For milchschake there are now no standard cups. Okay, you can still live with that. Now there's no matching straw. Milchschake is very focused and simple paper straw just doesn't work. If you don't have anything suitable, why do you have to resell Schake ???? Not recommended this McDonalds 👿🥵

Kind and patient staff. When our order was brought 1 item was missing completely, another was packed incorrectly. It wasn't even rush hour. I would have understood then.

Personally, I'm not a fan, for the love of my daughter, let's not visit the McDonald 'branch very often. Find the transaction inside impersonal. It used to be nicer. But I can judge one very well, the ☕ tastes 😊👍

It works, but really I think here are the slower people in the world. I have already visited McDonalds in 5 different countries here are top slower. Today I saw something else: a colleague took down a few small change on the floor, collected it and without a cell phone wash made an order and served it. Nah ... good appetite

Good location right in the city of erfurt. The menu is good and a bit different than in France and they are still having waiters for orders (in France it is only with machine and touch screen). Food is ready pretty fast and warm but you have to pay extra for the sauces, which is unbelievable in any restaurant, even for fast food.

So clean and plenty of space

We are tourists here, so for us it was nice to one night during our stay to find a place to go to that's the same as everywhere else, and you know what you're getting. That after having eaten at German places for the last week. But how do you rate a McDonald's? This branch looked clean and modern, and apart from that you guys know the rest. And that's the beauty, right?
